Every booking begins with an event inquiry and a short planning review. We confirm the date, venue, coverage length, and the moments that matter most, so the session stays focused from the start.

Short event coverage is usually planned in a two to three hour window and priced by duration, venue, and delivery scope. This keeps the quote clear while allowing room for the specific needs of private celebrations, small business events, and community gatherings.

Before the event, we agree on a priority list for key portraits, guest moments, and important details. During the session, the approach stays unobtrusive so the event can continue naturally while the essential images are captured.

After the event, images are curated, edited, and delivered through a private gallery. Duplicate frames, test shots, and technically unsuitable files are removed during selection, and the final delivery reflects the agreed scope rather than a fixed image count.
